A) Membership and Profile

• You must be a member to use the service.Membership is free and you can explore all the features of the user dashboard after sign in.

• Keep your profile and invoicing details up to date for accurate notifications and billing.

B) Creating a Question

1. Open “Ask a Question” page. Carefully read and accept the disclosure shown.

2. Write your question clearly and concretely; attach your documents if any (PDF/DOCX/XLSX/JPG/PNG). For accurate pricing, check the “Ask Question tips” section at the top-right of the description field.

3. You may mark the request as Urgent. Urgent work is delivered faster and an urgency multiplier is applied to the fee.

4. When you click “Calculate Offer”, the system runs pre-checks, calculates final price depending on various criterias to determine the required hours to answer your question. If the topic cannot be reasonably linked to customs legislation or information is missing, you will be warned and guided. Missing details affect both pricing and the quality of the answer; adjust per the warnings and calculate again.

Note: You can complete missing details or proceed with them missing and still view the offer.

C) Offer and Target Delivery

You will see the following in the offer box:

• Estimated duration and target delivery time (SLA)

• Normal and Urgent delivery options

• Price summary (dynamically calculated based on scope)

• Credit requirement (if you will pay with credits)

You can also download the offer as a PDF by clicking Download PDF button.

You can Approve or Reject the offer. If you reject it, you can access it again later from the My Questions - Deatil screen via “Go to Offer”.

D) Payment Options

1. Card payment (USD): Secure PSP Billing is used; your card details are not processed/stored by Easycustoms360. After a successful transaction your order is matched automatically; the status becomes “Approved” on the My Questions - Detail screen. You can access your payment details under My Payments.

2. Pay with credits: If you have credits, use the “Pay with Credits” button. After approval, your credit balance is updated instantly. If you do not have credits, you can quickly top up by using “Buy Credits”(see the “Credits Management” tab).

E) Question Panel and Communication

After payment, open My Questions → click “Details” on the relevant question to open the panel; you manage everything from here. The answer status shows whether the work is ongoing or completed. If needed, the consultant may request additional information/documents. All question related querries can be managed in this panel. All correspondence remains recorded inside the portal and is also notified via email.

F) Work and Delivery

When the work is completed, the answer is uploaded to the panel, the status becomes “Delivered”, and you are notified by email. You can view the answer on the portal and download it as a PDF.
