Is getting a quotation free?
Yes. Asking a question and receiving a quotation is completely free. The system shows the price, delivery time, and consultant details. You only proceed to payment if you approve the offer, and you may review it and decide later.
I’m still evaluating the offer. Can I access it again later?
Absolutely. Once displayed, the quotation is automatically stored under the My Questions section. Even if you reject it or close the page without taking action, you can revisit it via the View Offer button on the question details page and continue from the payment step.
What does the quotation include?
The quotation clearly shows the service fee, target delivery time, and assigned consultant details. You may also download it as a PDF using the Download PDF button in the upper right corner.
Is payment secure? Do you store my card details?
Payments are processed through a CBRT-approved Electronic Money Institution. All transactions are executed directly within their secure environment. Your card information is never stored or retained in our system.
How will I receive my answer?
After your consultant prepares the response, it undergoes a final review. Once approved, it is sent to you via email and becomes available on the My Questions page within your dashboard.
How can I benefit more advantageously from your service?
If you plan to use the platform frequently, you may load credits to your account in advance and benefit from discounted rates. Each quotation clearly shows the required credit amount and the minimum savings compared to standard pricing.
How do I ask follow-up questions about the answer?
From the My Questions detail page, you can use the messaging section to send additional questions. Your message is automatically linked to your original request and forwarded to your consultant.
How will the system work for our company?
Once you become a corporate member, the Subscription Management menu is activated. From there, you can load credits for your organization and authorize employees to ask questions using a shared central budget.
How can I manage team activity as an administrator?
Through the subscription management page, you can view all usage details—submitted questions, consumed credits, and consultancy history. You may also export this data in Excel format for reporting. Full transparency and control are in your hands.
When will I receive my invoice?
Your invoice is delivered shortly after your payment is completed. To avoid delays, please ensure your billing information in the My Profile section is complete and accurate.
